Good to know
- Payment processing: when buyers pay in the app, the payment company's actual fee comes out of the seller's payout (cards 2.9% + 30¢; bank payments 0.8%, at most $5). It applies on every plan, and you see it before you list.
- Elite teams: appoint up to 100 people, including free members, in Profile → Team. They post and chat for you without limits or commission; their posts are your listings, buyers pay you, and payouts go to your account. You see everything they post and every chat about it, and you can remove anyone at any time.
- Founding Members (the first 300 members to verify) pay no commission without a plan, and get 25% off any plan for the first year, then 10%, applied automatically at checkout.
- Homes: agents, brokers, and property managers need a plan to list homes. Homeowners can list one home free.
- Cancel anytime in Manage My Plan; your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
