How to get started

1. Download Xenpen on your iPhone (iOS 17 or later).
2. Sign in and choose a username.
3. Verify your identity with a government ID and a quick selfie. It takes a few minutes, and our partner Didit checks it, not us.
4. Buy, bid, rent, sell, and message with other verified members.

Prefer a computer?

Use the same account on xenpen.com. It works like the app, with the same five tabs (Home, Search, Post, Inbox, Profile): sign in, post, buy, bid, rent, request tours and quotes, message, and manage everything in Profile. Wherever you use Xenpen, every deal keeps a record, with listing IDs, condition photos for rentals, and reviews, so our support team can see what happened if something goes wrong.

Joining the beta

Beta testers use Apple's free TestFlight app. On your iPhone, tap Join the beta on TestFlight, install TestFlight if asked, tap Accept, then Install. Beta testers sign up and verify their identity just like everyone else.

Get every update automatically: open the TestFlight app, tap Xenpen, and turn on Automatic Updates. New versions then install by themselves, usually overnight while your iPhone charges on Wi-Fi.
